Training

LAREAL has designed specific training modules for lab technicians in a partnership with two specialists : BIPEA et ARCHIMEX.

These modules aim at training technicians to bench practise in food chemistry in fields like glucids analyses, vitamin analyses, PUFA analyses... Trainers bring in their samples and obtain their results within 2 or 3 days under the supervision of LAREAL scientists. Current available modules :

• starch, polarimetric and enzymatic
• starch cooking index, enzymatic
• vitamins A and E, liquid chromatography
• mycotoxines, liquid chromatography with post column derivatisation
• poly-unsaturated fatty acids, GC
• knowledge and interpretation of analytical results of feedingstuffs

Through the EVIALIS Institute, LAREAL is officially registered as a regular training company (registration number 53 5600019 56).
