Fruits of our R & D !

Even in this period of holidays, the team of R&D continues their works and is so proud to present you their last developments :
- Analyse of acrylamide by UPLC/MS/MS according to a method recommended by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration): the acrylamide is classified among potentially carcinogenic compounds. This compound forms during cooking of food in superior or equal temperatures in 120°C (frying, roasting...).
- Analyse of vitamin K1 by HPLC : vitamin K1 (= phytomenadione or phylloquinone) is a liposoluble vitamin being naturally in plants and more particularly in green vegetables (broccolis, cabbages, spinach, lettuce) or still in the soya oil. This vitamin plays an indispensable role in the blood coagulation.
- Research of trace of monensin in differents matrices by UPLC/MS/MS : the monensin is an ionophore used as additive feed. Its antibacterial activity (it is considered as an antibiotic in the broad sense) makes that its use is regulated and controlled in feed but also in animal products.
- Analyse of GTH by GC/MS: the GTH or glycéroltriheptanoate is used to mark by-products of animal origin category 1 and 2 (flours and animal fats intended to be eliminated by incineration or burying, or which could serve as fuels). This marking is realized during the manufacturing of these products and aims at preventing their use in the animal or human food.
Our sales department feels at your disposal quite your demands of information or quote for these new analyses.
